INITIAL PAYMENT

First invoice includes first month display cost and initial delivery + installation. No additional costs until 30 days after installation.

RECURRING MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Monthly subscription payments begin 30 days after initial installation. Card on file will be charged subscription amount each month.

Annual subscription payments are due on installation date.

ARTWORK REFRESH

When you’d like to replace artwork, request refresh services through your portal or at rela.art/refresh. Card on file will be charged refresh fee on delivery date.

We take care of everything!
Once installed, artwork may not be moved or removed from wall. Request a refresh, temporary removal, or permanent removal at rela.art/refresh. Requested refreshes are fulfilled based on artwork inventory availability and are not guaranteed.

Trying, not buying. Enjoy art for a fraction of the cost.
Artists retain ownership of their work until an artwork purchase. Displaying artwork in your space does not relate to ownership.

Your space as a decentralized gallery, remotely managed.
Rela is the agent for artwork sales. Although artwork may be available for purchase in your space, all sales must be managed by Rela.
-  If artwork sells in your space, Rela will manage delivery to the buyer. Only Rela-appointed individuals are able to remove artwork from current display.

Always authentic; always original. Be mindful around the work.
All artwork is original. To limit opportunity costs for artists, subscribers are responsible for the full purchase price of any damaged works.

Subscriber shall provide to Rela valid, up-to-date contact and billing information.
