Christa Kimble
“Engaging in the visceral experience of painting has been a form of meditation throughout my life. A dance ensues, between intentional mark making and passive observation of materials. Painting in rivers, pools, and pigments taking the path of least resistance. My abstract work hints at viewing a landscape. Taking the most basic natural forms and turning them into hauntingly beautiful and organic works.”
